If necessary, we can refer you to other professionals to help resolve any dispute, including mediators, parenting coordinators, views of the child report writers, and financial experts. If an agreement is not possible, we will fight for your legal rights in court. 

We will work with you to find tailored solutions that work is best suited for you and your personal situation.  We provide the option of a flat fee for certain matters including uncontested divorces and separation agreements in some circumstances.

Should I start my family claim in Provincial Court or Supreme Court?

Our family lawyer works in all levels of court in British Columbia.  If court is necessary where you file your claim, either in provincial court or supreme court, can make a big difference.  The rules, procedures, costs, and even what issues can be dealt with are different in each court.
